Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Thrift Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Products and Services

Thrift Shop provides digital gaming accounts for Summoners War. All accounts are verified before sale. We do not guarantee any specific in-game outcomes or future account performance.

Mystery Box Disclaimer

Each Mystery Box guarantees the delivery of one fresh Summoners War reroll account from the selected account category.

All accounts included within the same Mystery Box category are offered by SWTHRIFT at the same sale price. The random element determines only which eligible LD5 monster/account variation the customer receives.

The purchase does not provide a chance to win cash, store credit, a cash prize, or a cash payout. Every completed purchase results in the delivery of an account from the purchased category.

By purchasing and opening a Mystery Box, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• the specific LD5 monster received is randomly selected;
• individual players may subjectively prefer certain monsters over others;
• SWTHRIFT does not assign different monetary values to accounts within the same Mystery Box category based solely on the LD5 monster received;
• all possible account variations within that Mystery Box are treated as products of the same price category;
• dissatisfaction with the randomly received monster alone does not mean that the customer received a different product category than the one purchased.

The Mystery Box is offered as a randomized digital-product selection mechanism and is not intended to provide gambling, betting, wagering, or cash-prize services.

Purchase and Payment

• Prices are listed in EUR and USD. Crypto orders are priced and settled in EUR
• Payment must be completed before account delivery
• USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20), which receives a 5% discount on the listed price and confirms automatically, is the only automated checkout method
• For PayPal or any other payment method, contact us directly on Discord to arrange it privately, and your order is confirmed once that payment is settled
• Account credit is spendable at checkout, covers no more than half of any one order, cannot be combined with a discount code, and is never withdrawable as cash
• All sales are subject to our Refund Policy

Paying with Cryptocurrency

Crypto payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. When you choose crypto at checkout, that processor issues a deposit address and an exact amount of USDT for your order. Both belong to that order alone and are valid only for the period shown on the payment page. The following terms apply:

• We accept USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20) only. A different coin or a different network cannot be credited automatically and may not be recoverable
• Send the exact amount quoted. Where the amount received falls short by no more than the greater of EUR 1.50 or 2% of the order, the order is treated as paid in full. A larger shortfall is held for manual review and support will contact you
• If you send more than EUR 2 over the quoted amount, the order completes and support will contact you to arrange the difference
• A transfer that arrives after the payment window has closed, or a second transfer to the same address, is not credited automatically. Contact support with your order number and the transaction hash and we will resolve it by hand
• Crypto orders are subject to the processor's network minimum, currently around EUR 10. Smaller orders should add another item, or contact us on Discord to arrange payment another way
• Cryptocurrency transfers cannot be reversed by us or by you once they are broadcast. Any refund is made at our discretion under the Refund Policy

Cancellations and Refunds

Whether an order can be cancelled or refunded at all is governed by our Refund Policy. Where a cancellation or refund does go ahead, the following apply:

• Automated USDT checkout carries no processing fee. For a payment arranged privately through Discord, any processing fee agreed at the time is not returned; the remainder of the payment is refunded in full.
• We will email you to confirm the cancellation before any money moves. You must reply from the same email address the payment was made from — that is how we verify the request comes from the person who paid.
• A reply from any other address cannot be verified. The request is held until we receive confirmation from the paying address.

Account Transfer

Upon successful payment, account credentials will be delivered to you. You are responsible for:

• Changing all account passwords immediately upon receipt
• Securing the account with your own email and authentication
• Following all account security best practices

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during purchase
• Not engage in fraudulent activities
• Not resell accounts purchased from us without disclosure
• Comply with the game's terms of service

Limitation of Liability

Thrift Shop is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to account bans, loss of in-game progress, or any indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the account.

Disclaimer

Trading game accounts may violate the game publisher's terms of service. Users acknowledge and accept this risk when making a purchase. Thrift Shop operates independently and is not affiliated with Com2uS or Summoners War.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
